1. Eligibility
This design support program is available to small business owners with a valid business registration in Korea Businesses related to entertainment, gambling, or illegal activities are not eligible.
YO-B may cancel support if the submitted information is false or does not meet the eligibility requirements, based on reasonable grounds.
2. Program Period
This program is operated for a limited period in accordance with YO-B’s policies. The application period, program details, and schedule may be changed or ended early at YO-B’s discretion.
3. Ownership and Use of Design Materials
Design drafts provided through this program are offered as a free promotional benefit. Applicants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs solely for their own business marketing purposes.
※ The following actions are prohibited:
• Resale, transfer, or distribution of the design to third parties
• Editing that infringes or encourages infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Removal or unauthorized use of YO-B logos, copyright notices, or source attribution
4. Source Files and Edits
Designs are delivered as image files (e.g., JPEG). Editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not provided. Additional design revisions by YO-B are not included. Users may edit limited text or elements using YO-B’s provided editing tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
YO-B does not guarantee or take responsibility for marketing performance, sales results, or advertising effectiveness. All designs are created based on information provided by the applicant, and responsibility for accuracy and legality rests with the applicant.
7. Changes to the Terms
YO-B may revise these terms in accordance with applicable laws. Changes will be announced via a notice or information page.
8. Additional Notes
All benefits are provided directly by YO-B.
